This is an EPC project whose design, permitting and renovation were handled by our company. Five similar buildings that are part of a residential tourist complex were redeveloped, through targeted interventions on the envelope and technological systems that allowed a radical improvement in energy and functional performance, with small architectural measures that improved their appearance.
